Event Closed – No More Bets

• That is dictated by the start time set when the bet was created by the Market Maker the system will stop betting at that time.

Note: - Betting Turnover is the accumulation of all betting volume you have Placed on bets. If you have placed bets as a Punter or created matched bets as a Market Maker and you have generated $5001 in turn over you will pay 4.75% commission on all of your wins at that point.

Monthly Adjustments: - Every 30 days your accumulated betting volume amount will have a deduction of 5% if your betting volume is under 5% of your accumulated betting volume during that 30 day period.

Example: If you have accumulated $10,000 in betting volume and you have not turned over 5% of that volume or $500 in betting during the past 30 day period you will have $500 deducted from your accumulated volume. Good news is you also add the volume you did do in that 30 day period back onto the total.

Market Maker Ratings

The self-managed rating system similar to eBay will enable our Punters to rate the conduct of all Market Makers they Bet with to incentivise good conduct of Market Makers and to Protect the Punters.

The responsibilities of a Market Maker are as follows: -

• Make absolutely clear what the Bet is, the nature, any details and or conditions that the Punter should know about your Bet.
• To as quickly as possible finalise the bet on conclusion of the result by accepting you won or lost.
• Acknowledge the correct result of who actually won the bet.

The Punter

• The Punter does not have to rate every event they are involved with, if you are satisfied the conduct of the Market Maker, the system will take it you are happy and give a positive credit to the Market Makers File.
• If however you are not satisfied in some aspect of how the bet was handled you will be given three questions to give negative feedback.

1. Was the Bet clearly detailed ? YES/NO
2. Was the bet finalised quickly after the conclusion of the event ? YES/NO
3. Was the correct result acknowledged ?YES/NO

Note: Market Makers Identity is not shown when their bet is placed meaning the Ratings they receive are fair and based purely on their conduct as no bias can exist under this system.

Member Protection

• All Funds used for betting on the Capitol Gaming Platform is from deposited funds into the Capitol Gaming Cash Wallet.

• When a Member wishes to withdraw funds to their personal Bank Account  a 24 hour period is used to make sure that there are no outstanding complaints or issues relating to winnings.

• This ensures that a disreputable Market Marker that did not do the right thing during a Bet can not pull out funds until the dispute is resolved as the Punter has the right to create a complaint and have our Arbitration team step in and manage a result.

• Any unscrupulous behaviour will result in an immediate dismissal of the member and life ban enforced.

• Should a bet not be finalised by the maker marker within 48 hours, the win will default to the Punter.

• Punters will also have the ability to write questions to a Market Maker about a bet ensuring they fully understand the bet before they commit. This tool will put the Obligation back to the Punter to be clear on what they in fact are betting on. This will also be relied upon should Arbitration be required.
